It is very important to us that your privacy is respected at all times and have developed this privacy policy in order to ensure that you are completely aware of what personally identifiable information  (Personal Data) we collect, use, share, protect and otherwise make use of when you interact with the Louise Broderick web site and mailing list.

Collecting  your Personal Data

Any Personal Data collected is done within the boundaries of the law via the Louise Broderick web site mailing list. Signing up for the newsletter forms part of a contract with us to provide you with free e-books, newsletters  and other marketing material in exchange for your contact details.  You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time. Doing so will mean all of your data is deleted from our records.

What we collect

The only data we collect are your first and last name and your email address. These are not shared with any other party and are used solely for the purpose stated.

We do not sell, trade, or rent users personal identification information to others. We may however share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information of users with trusted business partners, and advertisers and other affiliates except as permitted by applicable law or as may be necessary with third parties who provide services or functions on our behalf and who require the information to provide those specific services to us.

Third parties may include social media advertising platforms and Google Adwords for the purpose of custom audience generation and the development of targeting criteria for other audiences.
