Originally from Derbyshire, England, Jacqui Broderick’s first book, The Shane Broderick Story was published in 1999.
She moved to Ireland in 1997 to become the editor of Galway Life magazine followed by Ireland’s Horse and Pony and Ireland’s Pets.
Her novels, contemporary romances set in the equestrian world, are published under the pen name Louise Broderick. A children’s book, A Pony for Free was published under the name of Jacqui Broderick.
She has worked on a number of writing projects including the display media, and other marketing literature for Dartfield Horse Museum, plus writing for a host of newspaper and magazine features and blogs.
Her love of horses and country life is reflected in her books.
Jacqui Broderick lives in the west of Ireland and has three children.
